Hashtags works on facebook? Can we get more organic reach like Instagram on Facebook using hashtags?

Facebook doesn't give that relevancy to hashtags as IG and TW. Facebook search functionality is very powerful so hashtags are clearly set behind because of this
Most of the results I've got from hashtags are from automated systems/bots that crawl and interact with them.

I understand this doesn't work with Facebook, but how is it with IG? You can increase traffic of your posts if you add hashtags? How about comments, will they also got some extra exposure of you add hashtags to them?

Instagram hashtags are still an effective way to get more engagement. Hashtags on your posts and stories can be one of the was of getting discovered by new audiences. But only if it is done strategically and not just by throwing any hashtag. The right hashtag can also lead to user-generated content.

The Facebook hashtag is not working well but if you use targeted keywords in your title & description it will definitively boost your post.
