Copy an account's tweets with a delay bot

Hi BHW,

Has anyone come across a bot that can scrape the tweets from a private twitter in real-time, and then tweet the text as it's own with a X second delay?

Hope that makes sense?

No program can get access to private tweets - unless they have access to them, then it just the same as a non-private account and you can scrape and repost the content regardless of it being private

Sorry yes, I may have confused the initial post with the mention of private. The private account is my own, so access is not an issue.

Are these reposting bots (with the option to add a delay) publically available?

Just text tweets. Account A will only be tweeting text & emojis.

Then want a short delay, then Account B to tweet exactly the same.

I know someone who was looking for something like this a couple of years back, so he could re-tweet from 5 or 6 sources he followed.

If I can get his details I'll ask if he got something coded or found an off the shelf solution.
I have a feeling he was wanting to be able to retweet text and add an affiliate link at the bottom or something.

I don't think it would be a particularly difficult project to code, more just wondering if this has been done before & there is a pre-made off-the-shelf solution ready to go.

That makes it much simpler then. Just write to all public bots you can find and ask them if they provide a function to repost text tweets - most should as it is a simple function (videos / polls / images / albums etc make it more complicated). It will be a good way to test the support the companies provide as well.
