How Quora decides which answer is best

Hi, I was looking at some Quora questions that have good traffic, so I would like to stay on them as the best answer.
But the problem is that I do not know how Quora decides which is better, I have seen questions of much better quality with about 15 upvotes vs. others with shorter and lower quality questions with 2 upvotes, and Quora leaves the latter as the best answer.
They know if there is any method to try to be the best answer.

Quora is full of copy-paste content from other sites, people are literally copying the whole article and posting it as an answer. It's all about volume at Quora. Avoid posting links and add keywords to the answer.

Why shouldn’t we post links?
Does that have to do something with shadowban or low reach?

And what about posting good content with relevant answers to the questions which have high viewers,less or no answers together?

I prefer using this for quora > site:quora.com keyword "1 answer" "view 1 upvoter" "k views"
not massive traffic but decent, replace keyword with your niche keyword, find the question you looking for with a decent traffic and post your answer.

On Quora, it depends how much rep the user that you are using to post with has.
for example, brand new users will face a difficult times to get it to the top of the answers.

The same is applied for upvotes. It could be looking good that your answer has multiple votes but it will not rank your answer if you upvoted from brand new users without any upvotes or reps.

in 2018 it was easy to post duplicate content on Quora. Nowadays, if it's a question with a lot of traffic, your comment will collapse pretty quick.

You should treat your answers on Quora like you are writing on your own money site.
