Ok, so I'm looking for a dedicated person who will regularly post approximately 60 comments every 2 hours during the day (from mid-morning to around midnight US time) on a long-term basis. Hopefully, the number of comments I need to get posted will increase with time, so he/she will earn more.

You do not have to be on your PC 24/7 but you need to be able to post every 2 hours on a large number of youtube videos during these hours. The posting process takes about 15-20 minutes, however, you might be much faster.

I will provide you with the comments and keywords for you to search in YouTube; so you will simply look for these keywords in YT and comment videos.

The most important thing is that you should do this MANUALLY. I will provide you with 100 YouTube accounts for the start, but you will also need to create 1 NEW YT account every day and use it for your posting (however, if this would be a problem for you, we'll discuss it). It is VERY IMPORTANT that comments must not be automatically detected as SPAM.

So, this person will post about 60 comments every 2 hours from mid-morning to around midnight US time (this is important), will send me the report with submitted comments, so I will check that these are not marked as "spam" (at least go live for 1-2 days (24-48 hours), not marked as spam immediately).

Remember, as I will be checking your work, it is very important that you should be a dedicated and reliable, responsible person, posting at indicated intervals and during US time (United States) only.

I will pay $275/month for this work. As I plan to increase number of comments with time, you will earn more, respectively. If you are a dedicated person and a reliable one, I'm going to use your services on a constant basis, months and, hopefully, at least a year or even more.

No, Indians will work for pennies not because they're stupid, but because India's standard is much, much lower than US's. I don't know what the minimum wage is there, but I'd guess it's somewhere between $0.5 and $1 per hour.

In my country it's $150 / month (less than $1 an hour), and we're not even third world. The average wage here is $350 a month.
