Newbie PBN questions

Hi there, if anyone out there with a kind heart could answer my noob questions regarding how to use PBN

1. If I bought PBN domain with 30 or more RD, do I need to supply backlinks to the PBN in addition? Like do I need to create new backlinks for the PBN page that points to my money site? Those backlinks should be using target keywords as anchor text? Because I saw two versions of this. One party supplies PBN with backlinks:
tier 2/3 backlinks > page of the PBN > money site

The other party do not supply PBN with new backlinks. I'm not sure which is the correct version here, perhaps someone with extensive experience could shed some light.

2. I pointed to my money site using PBN, but I didn't learn how to hide from crawlers back then. Now my PBN links are visible on ahref. What can I do make the backlink disappear from ahref? Otherwise it seems like a footprint for someone to report my money site.

3. How should I use this PBN? Point only one time (one backlink) from one PBN to my money site? Or I can point unlimited times (multiple backlinks with various anchor texts) from one PBN to my money site?

4. I have made a mistake of supplying 200+ backlinks from various RD to my website which has no written content, as a result my money is not ranking on any logical keyword. Can I add written content to my website now, and "re-establish" the backlinks to make use of the link juice from the backlinks earlier? I am considering three options now:
i. "re-index" the 200+ backlinks using speedlink. Does it help?
ii. Completely redo the backlinks, as the backlinks earlier offer no SEO value?
iii. Just ignore the backlinks earlier and proceed to create new backlinks?

Sorry if these questions are too basic, I have a hard time searching answers for these questions.

Tier 2 links are great when it comes to lower RD PBNs. Cheaper outreach links (guest posts, link insertions, branded mentions) are great for this, or some mid range T2 PBNs or static rental links. Handle your PBN like its a mini-money site, don't use automated GSA blasts etc. Having said that, ideally you want domains that already have a super strong link profile that don't need any additional links. Think auction domain with 50+ contextual links. You can grab these for $250+ a pop.

Honestly, don't worry about it too much. How many real sites do actually block crawlers? Then there's the issue of footprints with blocking via htaccess or even worse robots or plugins. Unless you have an updated list of actual IPs used by ahrefs and co, it's kinda redundant. Don't sweat it. There are always ways to find out if a site is using PBNs, Ahrefs is just one crawler.

Diminished returns. Ideally, keep OBL = 1-2.

Ignore and create new powerful links.

While I am no where near as experienced as @janist and others, one thing I would like to remind you of is to make sure you do all you can to eliminate footprints. Make sure to use different registers, names, etc for each domain. Also, make sure all your PBN are hosted with different hosting companies and you do not use the same shared hosting account for all PBN's. If you have 2 PBN on the same shared hosting account, make sure they only point to one money site.
