Yes, preferably whilst trying not to get sued by brand owners.

The alternative would be to build everything from scratch but that would be a lot of effort.

What do you mean with "Theme for download sites"?

They're easy, just create them using Visual Basic, basically plug in codes, edit boxes fill up animations or whatever widgets you wanna put on it, Add a background to make it authentic looking. Boom! Generator complete.
