Do you recommend to create new fb account in multilogin or buy several old facebook acvount and put it in MultiLogin ?

You will have better chance if you use old accounts with multilogin

Recently, my personal FB account and business manager accounts while running Ads got banned. My name with DOB and email address are banned.

Can I use Multilogin to create a fake Facebook account, warm it up, and then change to my name or just use my name right from the start? Like to hear what a successful user of Multilogin did to create another FB account after being banned.

Buy several old, you want aged accounts that have had lots of 'normal' use in them

Why you need so many profiles? If you are working alone, then you can do 2 profiles so that both can be Admin in the Facebook Business Manager. However, try to not login these 2 profiles at the same time and using same browser.
Why need 2 profiles? This is just to be a backup Admin in Facebook Business Manager in case you cannot log in with first ac.

You could create and new profiles. But create in Android Profiles (In MLA). After 1-day warming login to this profile from another MLA desktop profile. All process of good warming/farming will be about 10-14 days.
