I know some people are still able to make google folders public to the web.

Does anyone know how to still do this?

And I do not mean to everyone with the link but fully public on the web.

You can use old Gmail, which can set a folder to the public on the web, then move the modified right to another Gmail you want to control.

Thank you for your answer
How old does the gmail have to be? And can they just set it to public in the normal google drive "share" options?

Do you have such an account that can do that? Or where does your information come from?

I have tried many different old and very old accounts and none had "public to the web" in the share options, only "public with the link" like every other account has.

It work for me the last time I try, when I saw your feedback I try to do that one more time and I got the same result as you have. I think google update this method no longer can be use.

Get the sharing link and publish it online in any platform, and that's public for access to everyone. If you just want to make the folder public and get indexed, no that won't happen.
