Good day! Are there any solutions for setting up advertising campaigns in AdWords in the betting category if there is no license in the promotion location?

WRONG. Cloaking alone is not enough. Along with that the keywords are the main things. And you say "with cloaker you can advertise ANY keyword" .... WRONG, just by cloaking the website (domain), it does NOT mean that one can advertise ANY keyword(s).

Yes it's possible

You can run the betting campaign with Cloaker but be careful about the keywords. There are some keywords that would trigger a manual review from the google reps so you just have to avoid them.

The cloaca can be used only if you know how to use it. As previously said, keywords are the most important, and here you need knowledge that can only be obtained from experience.

You should setup some sort of landing page with a redirect AND cloaking. You have to make sure you cover all the bases othewise google will catch on pretty quick.

They will catch on no matter what, but this will slow them down haha
