critique my plan for becoming anonymous

some of this blackhat stuff that we do are kind of in the gray area in terms of being legal (I think if a prosecutor wanted to, he could make a lot of our activities fit the definition of a crime)
I am not doing anything super shady, just the blackhat stuff everybody else on this forum does.

but recently I have started learning more about device fingerprinting and learning how hiding your ip using a vpn is not good enough. websites can identify you based on your device, and VPNs leak. and a lot of websites that I want to sign up for don't allow a vpn or proxies anyway. So I decided to take a step back and set up a system that I can rely on as being 100% anonymous (yes I know there is no such thing) but I mean so anonymous that if someone wants to come after me, they get tired and leave me alone.

so my plan is:
1) get a used laptop. pay cash.
2) download cracked windows not from my house, but from somewhere else. reinstall windows on the laptop so laptop has nothing from previous owner.
3) Never use this laptop for my legit activities. this is the blackhat laptop only.
4) get a prepaid phone from walmart. Wear a mask and pay cash. do not park in the parking lot.
5) pay for the phone plan using cash at one of those prepaid phone shops that repair phones.
6) hotspot phone and connect laptop to phone

Just google OPSEC and learn some basics, once you get used to it, its not that difficult to stay anonymous.

well... in theory even opening a gmail account under a fake name is a crime. If you look up the definitions of some crimes, giving a fake name to google would 100% fit those.

Why over complicate things bro.

Get a used laptop for cash.
Download tails on a usb.
Boot the laptop with usb and run your stuff on tails.
If the tor ips from tails are being blocked / captcha - then just install a VPN on tails and do your stuff.
