hi, i have a new site, some of the pages which got indexed, i have changed their url. What shld i do now. Should i 301 them? which plugin shld i use? is it safe? any other procedures i need to folllow?

If it is fairly new and there are no backlinks pointing to those indexed pages then you can submit a fresh sitemap to GSC and avoid redirection. Yes, do it if you want to be entirely safe

if the site is indexed then you should redirect old url -> new url.
I used redirection plugin... worked well and interestingly it shows you the redirect stats.

Yes, and there are few plugins which will show you the traffic that hits your old URL.

I think RankMath also offers that option. used it when I had to delete my website and start again.
