Yes you can use them for long term growth, but since emails have been changed on most accounts as their original emails were banned, I would suggest you to use real phone numbers on them to avoid getting locked out permanently.

Accounts with 1000+ followers are created with onet.pl emails but since onet.pl is hunting down emails, some of them come with original onet.pl, some with o2.pl and a small ratio with rambler.ru emails.
Accounnts with 0-100 followers were created with phone numbers or onet.pl emails and since most of their emails are banned, now they're accompanied with rambler.ru emails.
Accounts without followers were all created with rambler emails and come with the same emails.

Most of the accounts are phone verified, while some might have not asked for phone verification yet. They were made with a mix of mobile and residential proxies. All are atleast 1 year or older.

BTW, all your questions are already answered in my sales post, you just had to go through the details once.

If you buy accounts with 1000+ followers, they do have content and you do have option to choose. For 0-100 followers accounts, its random some do have content some don't but you don't get to choose.
