Why do most SMM providers fail to understand English?

Of course they type in English but a lot of times when I send tickets to them, their grammar isn't close to making sense. There were also multiple times where I had to clarify what I meant to them because they misunderstood. Anyone notice this trend with almost every SMM Panel? I've tried at least 10 different ones from BHW.

EDIT: No racism intended. It just makes me roll my eyes when they can't seem to understand the wording of my question.

What I Think is most of them are from third world countries that you came across. Like from thailand or philippines or where english is not their first language but they came across methods to earn money through SMO panels.

Yeah 80% of them doesn't know anything besides SIR, but there still is 20% of Panels that have great English support

I think most of the SMM Providers are from Vietnam
