Proxy per Tab

Hello, I'm new on this site and it's my first forum post.

I searching since months after an free proxy per tab solution without result.

I've try multiple search engines and even dark web searches.

But its so frustrating to not get any good search results.

I just got over and over again the same results and not find any useful.



Sphere Browser is very slow and not very lightweight.

StubTabs and SessionBox would fulfill my purpuse, but it's not for free.

I have freaking 80 proxy servers installed as Windows Services, and can' take use of them...

I know how to make proxy per window, but want save CPU and RAM by Tabs instead.

Try to make your own instances of Firefox portable versions create bash program to control and launch 80 instances. Probably it works for you, because chrome takes more RAM/CPU then firefox.

I already know how to make multiple instances/windows. The only i need its for Tabs.

I've encountered this issue before and never found an optimal solution either, went for the proxy per window one.
The main issue was chrome and firefox engine not having a custom API to address a different proxy for each tab. I tried playing around with extensions and even logging the engine APIS to see what was available to use but didn't find anything. The proxy API they have seem to affect all tabs at the same time.
In the end had some RAM/CPU limitations which sucks.

I know Multilogin has a modified version of chromium/firefox engines, might have that feature available altho its paid. Not sure if any other alternatives

You cant setup separate proxy for each tab in browser.

i don't think proxy per tab gonna work.. cuz it needs to have separate cookies/cache history etc per tab as well, which at that point what you're doing is multiple browser windows.. so basically you aren't going to save memory/cpu with what you're asking for.. have you tried brave browser?

I would also like to know if anyone knows how to do this, i have soem plugins, but they change all the tabs, really annoying tbh. i end up using multiple browsers

The only i need its for Tabs.

I am not aware of any solution that would isolate individual tabs.

Anyway, I don't think it would be a safe solution (detection and privacy wise) such a setup.
