[BEGINNER] AdSense Niche Site

After reading a lot here in BHW, posting threads asking questions, sending PM's to old members asking for advise. I already decided to start an AdSense Niche Site.

Here's already what I accomplished:

• Bought a low competition keywords - $5.00
• WebHosting (yearly payment) - $9.34
• Domain Name - $8.56
• Articles - $10.00

Here's what I am working:

• Setting up wordpress theme, I am planning using Public Opinion theme from cssigniter. But if you can suggest a beginner or SEO friendly theme please let me know.

I am still waiting for the domain nameservers be propagated, so right now I'm still looking for a better template for my wordpress site. Let's see how it goes.

You can get one nulled them from the one shared within this forum (be sure it's clean tho, never tested but I've seen a couple of shared themes),
If you have the budget, go with an expired domain (preferably indexed) if you can find any within your niche, that will help at the start and you will be able to avoid any extra waiting time

Sorry but what is KGR? But I already have my keyword, so I can just add a new keyword and write article for that new keyword and post it to my site?

Sorry I am really new about this, so basically I have this main site. I can buy/research more keywords that is related to my niche? Then, write/buy articles to that new keywords and post it to my site?

KGR is Keyword Golden Ratio which means the ratio between the number of searches made for that keyword AND number of all in title pages for that KW should be 0.25 and less.

Content on the KGR friendly KW, created using this method tends to rank rapidly without performing any off-page SEO. However, on-page SEO has to be adequately implemented.
