So far so good. What about you guys?

Are there any health hazards? :p

At the end of the month, this is what happens to you.
Health hazard? Probably.

10 months in NoFap mode so far. One of the best decisions i 've ever made. The benefits are real indeed.

I'm also months into NoFap. It's really easy to be honest after a couple weeks to keep it up for months/years.

As for regular 'nuts', cashews or almonds I'll have any time!

The first couple of weeks were rough. But seriously if they only knew what they are missing, especially those who 're working out hard regularly.

Whatever bro, now, quickly, go back to xvideos.com

I'm not your "bro" and by the way, in response to what you posted:

Iron Mike claims to have abstained from extra-curricular activities for a period of five years as he attempted to stamp his mark on the sport of boxing.

His heavyweight predecessor, Muhammad Ali, also reportedly refrained from having sex for periods of up to a year, believing it would detract from his ability to perform.

But when asked why he followed suit, Tyson answered with typically disarming honesty.

“[I did it] because I’m an idiot,” he told Graham Bensinger.

“I was so stupid. I just went by what people told me.

This simply tells nothing. This is just a regret from Tyson's side for losing pussy while he was on his prime. He didn't mention that it didn't have results though so your evidence is irrelavant with the subject. The results, however, for both Ali and Tyson tell otherwise, scientific studies too. There is a 145% increase in testosterone levels after 7 days of not ejaculating. Now, you should know that testosterone is essential for muscular growth and general performance. The fact that Fury believes that a 7 time daily masturbation makes testosterone pumping proves just how idiot he is.

Actually, I'm well aware of the research behind it, but the research typically talks about 1 to 2 week stretches of time, and never years or anything remotely close to it.
Me posting about Tyson Fury was obviously a joke, but then you posted some nonsense video you clearly didn't even look into.
And btw, that was not my evidence...that was YOUR evidence which I was disputing.
The guy Mike Tyson said that to is the same guy from the video you posted.
If you post some bullshit video, that's your own fault.
Mike Tyson himself said it was dumb and your assumption that it's simply regret over "losing pussy", well, those aren't his words, just your assumptions.

How did you dispute my evidence exactly? Did Tyson specifically said that NoNut was stupid? Anything else you'd like to add? What about this?

Because your video did not backup what you were saying.

Mike Tyson himself apparently disagrees with you about his reason for success.
Call me crazy, but I'll take his word over some random guy on the internet.

And yes, I'd like to add that this link you just posted doesn't mean anything at all.
It's not evidence of anything and on top of that, it literally says Mike Tyson had other problems at the time of the fight, such as "he had become laxer with his training" and the article also mentions that Tyson's "focus was never on the fight".

"Prior to his conviction, Tyson’s career had been on a bit of a downward turn. He was facing issues in his personal life due to his marital problems, and it was reported that he had become laxer with his training. Tyson was set to defend his heavyweight title in a huge match against Buster Douglas in Tokyo, Japan, but his focus was never on the fight."

Let me fill you in on a little secret:
Anybody can win any fight on any given day.
Humans are fragile creatures, and shit happens.
Do we need to back and rewatch the first Anthony Joshua vs Andy Ruiz Jr. match?
How sad would it have been if Anthony Joshua blamed his loss on something silly like this...
I'm not sure if you actually watch combat sports or not, but upsets happen often in combat sports.

Again, the studies typically mention 1 to 2 week time-spans for testosterone gains.
They do not prove in the slightest bit that you continue to gain additional testosterone after a year, or multiple years, or whatever like the YouTube video you posted mentions Mike Tyson doing for 5 years. Scientific evidence actually does NOT back that up in the slightest bit, if you care to do a little more research into the subject matter.

The studies say that the testosterone peak appears after 1-2 weeks. It's physically impossible to keep increasing and i didn't mention anything like this at all actually. Mike Tyson also didn't say that it was stupid because NoNut has no results. If you actually read carefully he would understand that the question was more like ''Did you really had to sustain from sex for 5 years to have better results'', so he answered like ''Yeah i was stupid 5 years were not necessary'' and blah blah. You should actually listen to what people say and respond on what other people are actually saying and not on what YOU want them to mean. I 've done plenty of research into the matter, don't worry, so let me tell you that in professional sports noone can win a fight like this. Every detail matters. Ejaculating like this before a fight is a big NO NO and that comes from a guy that has, you know, living, solid proof in fighting sports and not just ''watching''. Every trainer out there suggests that you shouldn't ejaculate frequently when you are serious. Why Tyson took it to this level, i don't know, but trust me he wouldn't do it back then, if he didn't actually have results.

Now you're arguing over something I was never actually arguing about.

I made an obvious joke by posting about Tyson Fury whacking off 7 times in a day, and then you proceeded to post some video that is complete and utter nonsense.
I've already mentioned twice, and now mentioning a third time, that I have been aware of the research for a long time.
You keep acting like I disputed testosterone gains - I never did.

What I have been saying is that abstaining for 10 months like you say you have, or 5 years like Mike Tyson did, is absolutely not necessary and is border-line retarded.

And again, according to Mike Tyson himself, he did NOT take it to that level because he had some divine benefit
He literally said it was dumb and he was just doing what people told him to do.
Everything else is your personal opinion.
