Hey i been reading into your thread and I feel very intrigued by it, I am just wondering say if I did a similar niche but in a different language with that country which has a high CPM do you think the earnings will be higher?

If possible can you PM me your personal channel i would love to have a look at it and will keep an eye on your JV partnership in the future too.

I've experimented trying to do my channel in a different language- it's not worth it. The CPM drops drastically.

My personal channel is in my sig :)

hi wengthemeng, I PM you on January 2020, and you reply me 18 days later, and when I reply you 3 days later. You never reply me back. It's sad that we can't do a JV while I think we're in the same page. Anyway, I'm glad for your journey, since then I continue working on my dream, build my system and team too (but never update in my thread anymore), not like you, I'm working in animation, I'm lucky enough that I can create high quality content while maintaining the cost too. I'm on my journey to $200k/mo, bit greedy, but animation is such a great niche (especially clickbaiting story animation like Actually Happened)

I love your thread, I learn something from you. I hope you wish a good luck!

Heya!

Sorry if it seems like Im ignoring you but as you can tell I'm not exactly eagle eye viewing BHW:)

Do you mind messaging me again? I'd love to read it!

Thank you!
I have 1 question. How many new subscribers you usually get from a youtube shoutout? From a 100k channel, let's say. I don't need an exact number, but usually there is tens of new subs, hundreds or thousands?

I get anywhere from tens to hundred subs- but honestly, I don't play the "subs" game. Subscribers don't matter to me.

Ehy man i still don t understand the differences between cpa and youtube adsense and which one are you using to earn money ?

I used youtube adsense to earn money. You get paid when someone watches the ads on your video.

What's the price for 2k words script. Just curious because I want to try this, as well.

So I pay anywhere from $15-$30 for a 1600 word script depending on which one of my scriptwriters I use.

I want a update!

It's coming !:)

Hey meng can I get your personal channel link

It's linked in my signature!
Hi there, I think what ur doing is great.
My question is, isn’t bad for ur videos to have so many ads and so close (every minute)?
Also may i have the link to ur channel?
Thank you, keep up the great job you are doing

From my experience, having many ads in my video has NOT harmed it. YouTube is a business whose only model of rev (our main model) is through ads. They want videos with ads on them.

I am reading this threas at 2 am and beleive me you have hooked me up.

1- I am also a YouTuber will successeful channels having 900k subs and 1.8m subs but my niches and langauge is not English.
2- I easy get from 5m to 10m views every month but as I said my lnaguage is not English my audience is not world wide. It is limited. So the RPM and eCPM is very low as compared to yours.
3- I always wanted to start in English. I have niches but the thing that never let me take off was Script Writer and VO artist. But after reading your thread I am now commited to find both of them and start within 2 weeks.
4- Your management skills are brilliant. That is what required to make a small thing into a business. I think you are now moving towards making it a business.

Questions
------------------
1- Do you promote your new channels in old viral channel's community?
2- What percentage of your video views are from USA?
3- Do you have any USA specific channel?

Lastly congratulations for this successful journay.

No doubt you spent a good ammount of money and effort to reach this level. That is what I always teach my students.

Commitment, patience is the game in at YouTube.

Thanks so much for your kind words! I literally spend HOURS trying to improve my management system as it's so key to my success!

I think you have a great starting point to be honest.

As for your questions:
1) I promote my channels on any relevant niche channels' community board
2) usually about 50% come from the US
3) All my channels are in English so I do try to target USA specifically.

Thanksso much man! It is indeed a patience game!

Hello @wengthemeng,

Congratulations on reaching your goals and good luck on your journey to greater heights.

1. I must commend the manner you have used to motivate lots to people here. This thread is worth more than most courses.

2. I have been inspired by following your journey keenly and studying, and I intend to swing into action after carefully researching religion niche and the top 10 compilation in the travel niche.

What is your take on niche with high volume search and low competition keywords but rarely go viral?

3. There is a popular opinion by most big YouTubers that for a new channel to get notified by the YouTube algorithm, one needs to post a daily for at least 33 days.

Do you think that will impact on new channels to be noticed by the algorithm?

4. In your opinion and based on your experience, what is the average period a new YT channel can reach the 4000 hours monetization benchmark?

Hi!
Congratulations on your success. This thread is awesome and I've bookmarked it for more in depth look.
However, I have a question that you probably have answered already.
What are your best months? If possible, can you share average cpms per month?
I know December is best, and January is one of the worst, but what about the others?

Again, thanks for the thread and keep being awesome!

Regarding a niche with high volume search and low competition; aim to sell digital products if that's the case. This model of youtube relies highly on going viral and gaining tons of views.

I don't agree with that popular opinion because too many factors are taken into account.

It really varies, you can have a channel go from 0-4k just from 1 video, or you can have it take 6 months. It can happen because of a single viral video which has happened twice in my case.

Average CPM is anywhere from $6-$10.

My best month I made 18k :)

I haven't yet experienced the months of November or December so Im excited for that!

What kind of animation you put on youtube, whiteboard, or 2d animation?

First of all, Thank you for this amazing journey that full of great information, you said replying to some members here that when you upload your videos you don't promote them, but in your ebook what you said is different than that, so I'm confused, here is that part

Step #6: PUBLISH & promotion When you finally publish your video, it’s time to share it with everyone you know. If you’re part of the upload and sit and wait until YouTube attracts viewers to your video, you’re gonna get behind in the game. Here is where I distribute my videos: • Facebook groups • Forums • Pinterest • Instagram • Email list

my question is, that when you upload the video, do you share it or promote it somewhere? or you just set it and forget?

Thank you in advance.

no worries buddy, I'm in your group already. you probably recognize me as the whiteboard video creator

What kind of animation you put on youtube, whiteboard, or 2d animation?
mainly whiteboard video, but I also want to expand my channel to 2D animation later.

I
anyone willing to share their cost breakdown per video?
scriptwriter
video editor
voiceover
I am now working to start my own English channels. I am already working in my local language but now moving towards international market.

I have found
VO artist who is ready to do 10 minite script for $7.
A video editor who is willing to make a video for $7.
And now looking for a script writer. I will hopefully find one for the same price because I have calculated budget for one video should be $25 for me.

$25x30= $750 per month.
And i hope channel will take a push in 2 months.

So investing $1500 for a huge earning channel is not bad.

You can make your own calculations.

Whiteboard videos are good niche but I doubt if youtube still allows it?
