Life isn't real

Sometimes i feel like the life isn't real, and all peoples around me are just acting. I don't know how to explain this, but i just feel like life is fake
And all the people in the world are just acting even my family. I can't trsut ayone.
It doesn't make sense to post this, cause whatever you will say i. will just think that you're acting.
Also all the time, i feel like someone is spying me, whenever m alone, i always feel like someone is spying, i even covered my phone cameras witha tape.
While writing this i also feel someone is spying and i can't write what i feel comfortably .
I 've thought to see a psychiatrist but i can't convince myself cause i think he is just acting...
I can't trust anyone and that bothers me

Yes, that's a kind of insanity and you might really need to see a psychiatrist for that.
Also, don't stay alone all the time. Do some exercise and talk to real people.
If you're a solopreneur or a freelancer, think about hiring someone who will work with you on your project. Even talking to him regularly will do the trick to your brain.

I had some thoughts like this as a child. It was obvious that i only counted myself as the only human alive, others are ghosts. But a friends once told me that whatever i can see is real. Op look into yourself, go catch some fun, laugh very hard, talk to girls and call you mom time to time. These could help you.

This is the " Mistake " , when so call " talk with friends, family . Yes it does help But also will not , it might even add more damage. Remember they are also Human just like u and me , got " feelings " having both positive and negative thoughts.

Suspicious. Thinking everything is connected to people and acts, and a setup and money is fake etc.

You should take up some sort of therapy or regular exercise, and divert your mind away from that perspective as strongly as possible.
