I hate to post a negative review since I have been using your services for a while now.
Placed an order on 27 October.
TAT always missed, even though I already asked the exact TAT before (counted from business days, of course)
The promises 4k words should have been finished on 13 November, but only the 2k words article has been sent on 17 November (not Copyscape passed). The other 2k words should have been finished on Thursday last week (extra late from the TAT obviously), but until now, it hasn't been send (2 more days its gonna be "another" Thursday).
Lately, the articles aren't Copyscape passed too. For one time, it is okay, since mistakes happened. But a few times already? even though I already told you to check it on Copyscape before sending it to me.
Please consider this as feedback. While the articles are great for the price, the missed TAT and not passed Copyscape is not okay.
