To be able to operate F/U at a small scale, you should be able to use your own phone, or a VA. In order to operate accounts at a bigger scale (>100), either you can go for known automation software (public ones), either you opt for a custom way around, which would require creativity and time, or money (hiring a developper).

In the long run, i would pick up the 2nd choice, except if you don't have time to spend on all of this. Very time/money consuming
