Best tips for using Bing ads? Social media services accepted?

Hate being poor. Cant even see the thread.

Don't hate it bro, do something about it bro :D

Edit: but yeah that tutorial is the shit, @Toz really killed it on that one. Saved me a ton of time.

So it's been some 10 days since I've been running Bing ads. I have 3 ads going with about 15 keywords.

Here are my stats so far on each ad:

587 impressions and 3 click
3,771 impressions and 47 clicks
929 impressions and 0 clicks

Spent so far $25,92

So I'm paying a little over $0,50 per click it would seem. I have my daily budget set to $5. I'm targetting only US/UK/Canada/Australia/Israel.

Those 50 clicks went to the same website. That website rarely makes any sales, but this month it has made 3 sales.

It has to be the bing ads. In my analytics I didn't see anythhing about 1 of the sales (maybe has ad blocker), the other sale came from yahoo.search, and the other from bing.com. I made $18 in total from those sales, though you can remove about $2 for the Paypal fees, so I made about $16. Though any of those customers could buy again.

I still have about $75 from my coupon, so we'll see how things go.

I'm sure this whole Bing ads thing can be done better, but... whatever

If anyone sends me a PM regarding Bing ads, I'll shoot you!

haha :D no not really, but I don't understand this stuff. I barely managed to go through the entire process and set it all up and use a free coupon and get the keywords and ads going. I just click with the left button on my mouse, then I click with the right, and then I scroll the mouse in the middle sometimes :p

I made another $5 sale on the site. I checked analytics and the user came in from Bing.com

So I guess this Bing ads thing works.

So I completed the order from this customer, and they ordered another thing for $9 dollars.

So total earned so far $32 gross, and maybe $28 after Paypal fees.

Normally I wouldn't be very sure if the Bing ads or Bing organic brought the sales. However this website really never makes any sales. And for it to make these couple of sales since I started running Bing ads, it's 99% all these came because of the ads.

This is pretty nice actually I can really scale it with more ads and more keywords. Buuuuut I'm going through a weird phase, so, meh, I don't know, whatever, one of those days :D

I made another 2 sales on the site.

One is for $15. I don't see anything in my anaytics, but the customer used hotmail.com, so perhaps came from the Bing ads.

And I made another for $7, and the customer entered my site from Bing.com

---

So assuming I'm correct and all these sales came from the Bing ads, I have $54 in sales.

But I spent $67 from my coupon on Bing ads. So technically if I was paying for the ads I would be at a small loss. However the stuff I sell is great for repeat sales, so in the long run I could profit. Plus I have the customers emails, so if I was doing email marketing I could surely turn a profit out of it.

Anyway, I still have about $33 in my Bing ads coupon. When it gets close to being fully spent I'll stop my ads and shut it all down :D

I'd set up some conversion tracking, and double down on the keywords that are converting.

Bing ads work great in some niches, and I've found tailoring landing pages and ads to a non techie audience works better.

Got another one for $6.

Customer came from search.yahoo.com

So total $60 in sales so far thanks to the Bing ads (I assume they all came from the bing ads. I'm 99.9% sure they all did).

All right, all right :D

What he needs to do or go broke

You can learn anything with udemy free look for course on ads with bing .

I really want to know how your setting up your campaign am not doing so good right now with bing ads care to help bro

I got another $5 dollar sale on the site. I don't see anything in my analytics though, so I don't know where the buyer came from. But again the sale was made for one of the products I promoted in my keywords in my Bing ads, so I'll just assume it came from there.

And I made another $3 sale from a returning customer that purchased something previously and came from Bing ads confirmed.

So I have $68 in sales from this adventure so far.

I think my Bing ads coupon credit should be running out any day now. I'll check it out later.

good way. Chot will be with the account at the end?

Well, nothing. I'll disable/cancel/delete my ads, and that will be that.

Ну ничего. Я отключу / отменю / удалю свою рекламу, и все.

не могли бы вы подарить мне аккаунт Bing Ads? Все личные данные / карты / объявления можно удалить.

Okay, my $100 coupon was spent, and it seems $4 was spent on top of that. I was planning to check my account daily to cut it before my coupon is used up, but I was a bit lazy. So I'm not sure what happens with this now. I clearly owe them $4 dollars, and I don't really have an issue paying it, but I'd avoid paying it if I can. Anyway, I'll let sleeping dogs lie :p

---

So I made $68 in sales from this $104 that was spent. I could make some more money from returning buyers, but no guarantees there.

I advertised 2 sites. One of them received only 9 clicks, and I don't think I made anything from those.

The other site that made the $68 received a total 231 clicks. The average CPC was 0.44.

All in all, this could have been much more profitable if I was email marketing to those customers that I got, and if I was promoting a well optimized website.

In any case, everything I earned from this went to Paypal, so I probably get to keep about $63 after the fees. Probably made about $50-60 bucks pure profit.

---

I'm gonna delete my ads now and forget about this. If the $4 debt ever comes calling, I'll pay it. If not, not.

If and when I ever have the motivation I'll give bing ads a shot again.

Good bye for now.

The new inerface sucks. If you get ads disproved and clicked on the red dot notifications tab it filters the ads showing only disproved ads. You will get a message above the ads like this:-

Status: All ads; Policy approval status contains Disapproved; Policy exception under review equals Items without exception under review

Well, believe it or not if you click o where it says Status: All Ads you will see the the above writing turn into two greyed tabs.Click on the x of these tabs and it removes the filter and shows you all your ads

Another tip for the new interface is to keep an eye onthe top left where it says All campaigns. Follow to the right of that to see which campaign you are in, thne look down one line to see where you are, i.e Adgroups or Ads. Its really easy to be in the wrong section.

if you think that is fun wait till you start trying to copy ads to different adgroups :)
