I have been trying to have another income stream.

So, I have a 1000$ that I'm willing to invest.

I have these ideas in mind, I would like to get your feedback from experience or knowledge:

1- Adsense arbitrage

2- POD

3- Dropshipping

4- Local e-commerce

5 - Affiliate marketing

6- What do you recommend?

I am not familiar with adsense arbitrage but you really lack of budget for everything else.

You will burn down your budget quickly. Perhaps affiliate marketing would be the best option here but definitely not dropshipping. This budget isn't even enough for ads testing yet alone for SEO.

I spent 10 K within 1 year on my SEO project that got burnt in May update and hasn't recovered since. Cheap links don't work and you need time and patience for any SEO related project and most importantly, money.

Start with CPA. Get some cheap WordPress site done and use free CBD offers (which is basically robbery) but I know lots of people are doing this and are banking hard. Obviously you don't have any marketing budget but if you spend 250 $ for a WP site then you can use the rest of 750 $ to buy a decent relatable Instagram account with US audience.. For this price you should get a nice 50 K account and should make money off from that account with the free offers. The CBD payouts are pretty high.. you can check from Google.

(Also, don't buy IG accounts from this marketplace as these are not organically grown and mods don't check this, they only validate if the accounts exist or not)

I just learned about dropshipping. I think it is a job that can be done when
you have fund(capital). According to what I read, it is not difficult either.

I'd vouch for affiliate sites. Preferably, sites that aren't using Amazon associates (Commission rates are horrible). If you make the right purchase, you'll just have to work on content. Flip them later if you'd like to.
