Cheap rotating proxies (any quality)

I am wondering where the cheapest place to get proxies are, I need access to many different IP (thousands).

These proxies can be any quality- proxy ban does not matter at all as the proxies aren't being used for anything important.
The proxies need to have decent speed also if possible!

I would use scraped proxies possibly if they aren't really slow and available by the thousands easily!
Let me know, I have a decent budget but don't want such HQ proxies when it is not needed, I just need fast and MANY IP's!

Yeah, I have been searching for hours and hours, but the problem is all proxies I see are the highest of quality- meaning they are true residential. I do not need pure residential proxies- just proxies that have decent speeds that offer a lot of IP's. Was wondering if there was a known service that suits my needs!

If proxy quality doesn't matter, what's the point of getting paid ones? If it actually does matter and you need to scrape successfully, I would suggest looking for shared datacenter proxies.

i want access to many ip and fast speeds. most datacenter proxies i can not find for good price with many IP

Try posting in the BHW marketplace, you'll come across multiple providers. I personally would love to know a feedback on these kind of proxies if you end up using them.
