Wordpress quiz Please help

Hi guys

I've been working on a new quiz site. I am currently using WP Quiz pro which I bought from https://festingerbhw.com/. I have encountered a problem when using the plugin. I cant add my facebook app ID. When I tried to paste the ID and then save it, nothing happens. It wont save..
Please help me on this.

2. reinstall the plugin.
3. wait a while.
4. look in google chrome dev tools application request to your site and what is the answer

plugin is the problem

Every time I make changes in the general settings and save it, nothing happens. It will only go back to its default settings.

Im not sure but i think it might be because the plugin is not pucharsed from creator? idk tho just a suggestion
