How can an online fraud like this get caught?

Guy has a fake review site and attacks competitors by writing fake reviews and promoting his other site with some fake award on that review site and writes fake reviews for his other site.

He uses fake identities on both sites and there are images out there recommending both sites from his real identity on Facebook.

This has been going on for almost 2 years.

If you have not been affected personally, I say let him be, he has a method that is working for him, learn from that and concentrate on yours.

You cant do shit, Google is going to straight-up going to ignore your request, unless you send them a legal notice. The best option is outranking that d**k head and start a review site.
