How do you guys cope with your secrets being revealed?

That's exactly what i'm talking about @MisterF. A few idiots ruined a good thing... and it is only going to get worse with the new generation of zoomers who will share things online for "likes" and "upvotes"... you know, kids who have only grown up online and want to be youtube celebrities or famous. it is just dumb... but hey, welcome to the world in 2020. I guess i'm just coping with this for now... always hated going real estate but with the way things are going i'm not going to have a choice, since it will be one of the only ways for a guaranteed income.

I think too sometimes it's peoples egos that screw it up.

" Hey I've found a surefire $100 a day method " and that is it. Then they befriend someone who squeezes the info and they then decide to sell it or share it and screw over the guy who discovered it.

Move on my friend and find something else or experiment with a new twist on what you were doing.

yeah. I will diversify my income stream. I will be ready if the market changes also. Thanks for the talk, just wanted to get it out of my system.

That’s why you milk the method as much as you can while it’s still alive and then invest the rest to real estate or index funds for long term passive income.
Real estate and index are other scams, lost quite a lot after covid hit

Forex & stock marketing is an easy blindfold to lure in people with gambling instinct. Especially, because of the way it's being presented to them with fake charts and stuff.

Because he sees the limitations and short-term business model of forex trading so he is milking the cow while he can. I'm sure he has seen many others giving away the secrets so accumulating some extra cashola's before the bubble bursts is probably why he is doing it.

How the hell is Real estate a scam?
Maybe he has a very short term view of real estate or stock market index funds..

Real estate and index funds are literally the retirement methods once you saved up enough money & built a decent portfolio.. it’s not a scam.

Depends on which country you are living in and what are the local laws. Someone buys a house in developing property. The builder goes bankrupt. But the bank forces you to pay up the full amount of mortgage as the banker had paid up full property value to the builder. Now you are out of your money and with a half-built house. Builder in prison for fraud as well. This situation can be the worst retirement nightmare.

Why would the builder be paid in full?

If your investing for retirement and close to end date, you go for low risk options. Investing in a developing property wouldn't be one of them.

You don't invest right at the retirement time, definitely, it is done much earlier so that your mortgage doesn't start eating into your retirement benefits.

Why would the builder be paid in full?
He is paid as and when his next phase of construction starts. The banker had a 3 phase payment plan with the builder and the 3rd phase is with 30% construction, so the house is 70% constructed. Since the whole area is not developed you can't even think of developing the unfinished house and moving in. Nobody wants to stay in a ghost town.

We are off-topic now

This shouldn't be a problem, the sky is big enough for everyone to fly.

These new guys lack the experience you have, I mean you have 5 years ahead of them.

Just keep doing your thing, no send anybody. While doing that, start branching out small small.
