I cant use paypal in my country, how can i create a paypal account?

And i know dispute is a big problem for everyone, how can i prevent unfair disputes?

I dont want to learn any illegal methods by the way, just want to have 1 legit paypal account.

You cant have a legit paypal account if your country is banned. Do you have any friends or family in other countries that can open one for you?

There are many exchangers who need the USD in exchange for local currency but you need to find someone reliable.

He can use it to buy things/services he needs. And I found some complicated ways to use Paypal to buy BTC.

I would worry more about verifications. I remember that I had to send photos of my passport + utility bill in the past. I think it was after receiving a couple of thousand USD. In that period they also blocked my account/funds on the account. I don't know what they will do with it if you are not able to show them what they want.

Another possibility is to try to open an account with Transferwise or another provider. I know people from Eastern Europe who were able to open a N26.com account with debit card. But it is a lot of hassle.

This also depends on your target market.
BTC is crazy expensive now for paying. And many people don't know how to use it or don't know alternatives.
In my country (NL) we have our own payment system called IDEAL.
In many other European countries they have something similar.
You can also try ordinary bank accounts. Transferwise will give them in several different countries. Payoneer is doing that too, but last time I checked them they only accepted payments from official companies for payments to their US bank account.
Credit cards can work too. But if you have problems with Paypal you will probably also have problems with Stripe.

I also saw companies working together with other companies. Some time ago I bought software from a Russian company, but a US company accepted the payment for them. Probably they will keep a percentage and pay what is left to the authors of the software. But you need to have someone reputable, someone you can trust.

Paypal withdraw will be a big issue for your country; you must find a different payment processor or maybe try to buy/create an illegal one. Which doing this is very unstable. But if you have a very old paypal you can access you should be good for the MOST part!

Well, you'll likely lose huge cluster of sales from not being able to accept PP alone. Though everyone doesn't have fair opinion over them, Gaypal is irreplaceable.

My country isn’t allowed too. However I had someone let me use their phone number for verification and created the PayPal account from my current country. I just make sure I don’t login through the browsers and stay logged in on my phone. Otherwise it’ll ask you to verify your identity by entering a pin sent to the phone number.
Only thing is that you won’t be able to withdraw however you can connect your debit card and spend through this method. or receive payments and send to someone who owns a legit account so they withdraw it and give it to you.
Small amounts only and nothing should go wrong.
One thing to keep in mind is that, if for some reason you login using a browser and it won’t let you login unless you verify the phone number and you don’t have the phone number available, just go back to the App and unlink your cards incase you get locked out. Then repeat with a different account

There have no any legal way from your country, where paypal not allow. You can create from your F2F family member who lives in abroad where paypal allow. Try to use F2F method for receiving money to avoid dispute problem
