What Is Your Turnaround Time?
The turnaround time of your order depends on the kind of content you’ve ordered and the quality level you have requested. When you place your order, you’ll get an estimated TAT that should give you a rough idea of how long it will take (we aim to deliver most orders within 72 hours).
We would love to guarantee this time, but quite honestly we can’t.
The vast majority of our content is delivered in 72 hours, but it does depend on how long it takes for a writer to claim your job. Our AI slowly offers the job to writers it thinks would be a good match (due to their previous experience writing about similar topics) until it finds someone who wants the job.
Due to this, sometimes content from our “Standard” quality level (and occasionally “Premium”) can take a few more days (so up to around five working days). We only work with professional US & UK writers, and so these lower-paying jobs are less attractive to them (as the writers demand a first world, western wage). They usually get claimed promptly, but they are “back of the line” so to speak.
For a more accurate TAT estimate, we recommend that you post your invoice number in the thread and we’ll manually check the latest estimate for you.
What Is The Difference Between The Different Quality Levels?
We currently offer 3 service levels, Standard, Premium, and Ultimate. All 3 levels will provide you with content from native English speakers, but there are a few differences between them.
Standard
This is our “bread and butter” content so to speak. It’s written by US & UK writers who have a 4-star rating in our system. A generous amount of research time has been allocated to ensure you get content that provides you with excellent value for money. It has great grammar, it flows beautifully, and it'll be at home pretty much anywhere you want to publish it.
You can use this content for authority sites, niche sites, client sites, blogs, product descriptions, guest posts, and more...
Premium
Our premium content is our most popular offering on BHW. We use a different pool of writers for this content, they all have a good amount of experience with us and have a rating of 4.5 or above in our system. Our “Standard” writers are awesome, but the writing quality is noticeably better at “Premium”.
This content can be used for everything and anything, but it’s well suited to content that will benefit from additional writing skill and research time, such as:
- Technical topics
- Guest posts on high-value sites
- Pillar content
- Conversion optimized affiliate content
- Deep dives into a topic
- Web page copy
- Important client sites
Our “Ultimate” content is very, very special.
It’s arguably the highest quality content on BHW, or to be honest, anywhere.
Only the very best writers in our talent pool are awarded “Ultimate” status. They've got years of experience in either copywriting or journalism, and they’re rockstars in the content writing world.
They’re given twice as much research time as our Premium writers, and as you’d expect from a service at this price point, it’s grammatically perfect, engaging, and it’s optimized to meet your specific goals with the piece.
This content is perfect for agency & enterprise clients, high traffic money site pages, or pages of high value.
If you’ve got a killer keyword that will benefit from a conversion-optimized piece of content - then this is the service level you’re looking for.
(Our Standard and Premium content will still convert like crazy, but if you have the budget for Ultimate content, the increased conversion rates it provides will deliver a great ROI).
Our Ultimate content is also perfect for guest posting on monster authority sites that demand content of the highest quality. We’re not going to name names, but this content has been published in some of the biggest publications in the world.

Who Owns The Rights To The Content You Provide?
You own all rights to the content that is obtained through our platform, without restriction, in perpetuity. You can publish it wherever and whenever you want.
What Content Will The Content Be Delivered In?
All content is delivered in Microsoft Word .docx format.
Can I Request A Refund?
Due to the custom nature of our service, all orders are final and refunds cannot be given once payment has been received. However, to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your content we allow unlimited revisions until you get content that’s just the way you want it.
How Long Do I Have To Accept An Order?
14 Days from the moment the content is delivered to you. Additional time is granted if you request amendments.
Do You Have Samples?
Yes, we have samples in pretty much every industry and niche. Ask us in the thread.
Do You Provide Invoices?
Yes! We provide full invoices for every order which can be downloaded from your dashboard at any time.
Can I Edit An Order?
If a writer hasn’t claimed your job yet you can edit the title and brief of your order from your dashboard. It is not possible to change the word count and quality level after ordering.
What Is Your Plagiarism Policy?
We have a 0 tolerance policy for plagiarism. Every single word that is provided through our service is sent via API to Copyscape to ensure that it’s 100% original work. If Copyscape flags your order as potentially having plagiarised content, we will manually review it (to check for false positives that include things like product names or brand names).
