problems coming from doing local seo from a foreign country ?

I'm from Algeria, a country in North Africa, I want to do lead generation using local SEO, but I don't know what problems going to face me with SEO and clients because of my country and what solutions are available now

I think that local SEO is just local SEO and somehow that helps with Global SEO. I do not think you will have any problems with that. Just if you want to reach some good results with global SEO you need to try hard with more efforts.

a bit of advice I can give you: be careful on your backlinks coming from IPs outside of Algeria.

If you have a competitor who has more backlinks for "best running shoes" from IPs inside Algeria, and you having more backlinks for the same keyword coming from out side of Alegria, he will have a much easier time ranking inside Algeria.

then you being in alegeria has no impact. just dont be going around getting shit load of african backlinks for a site that is in US and wants to serve US based customers : - )

to see what i am talking about, go to semrush, and pick a site that is ranked at the top for a difficult keyword. go to country widget and you will see % of backlinks form dif countries
