Thanks for the question, I am using a theme called Keratin Theme, to optimise it I have done the following

1 - Installed addon WP Performance + Configured
2 - Installed addon EWWW Image Optimizer + enabled lazy load images.

Can you shared your wp performance configuration? setting tabs screenshot or something like that?
