[Facebook Ads] Anyone has any idea about this ?

So 1 year ago my friend told me that there is a gold mine method that can assure me free facebook ads, Then my friend told me to contact someone who can surely make the debt disappear so i did, he basically added paypals with random emails to the account when ever he was planning to re-do the method.

When the guy entered the profile, he made the currency turn into minus (-150) so i was now 150 in debt, then he cleared it with paypal and that some how added free 700$ threshold to my facebook ads account.
