Theme Question for Gaming Niche

Anyone in this niche? I see there are some great looking themes and I'd assume gaming traffic may be more geared towards desktop compared to others. Anyone using a gaming centered theme? How is the site speed? Better to just use a simple blog theme or Elementor?
