Monetize AMV content

Does anybody know if it is possible to monetize AMV content with Youtube partner program.
I know ad run on most AMV videos but it could be monetize on behalf of the song owner.
Those anybody know if they can be monetized for sure?

It is usually anime fight scenes that are edited to fit a song, like here:

you can try, since most all of anime scesnes are copyrighted and music
but you can do it on animes that does not contain copyright such as :
vinland saga
nanatsu no taizai ... plus some good music i think it might work
