I want to know, what is the most important variable to have a better position on the play store, I mean I have 10k+ installs using fb ads, google ads and twitter but my app is not getting better positions, install is not the most important thing??

I have a good description and title.

Thanks (sorry english is not my born languague)

I believe people prefer number of installs over rating (If it looks fair enough, 4+) . As it's attributed to trust.

Reach out to influencers. Converts well if it's a game or anything of that sort.

A unique name is not only ideal for branding, but it also boosts your ranking score. Research shows that apps with a relevant keyword in their title score 10.3% more chance to rank higher in the app store. A powerful app title should be like this- Enticing, Include your primary keyword, Communicates about the app

So install is more important than rates and reviews?

Yes I have a good title, I change it and the app had a boost in the search.

As i experienced when you promote your app with google ads after that it will not get rank, it's organic downloads are completely stop. Google will freeze your app's organic growth. So i recommend to don't use google ads for app promotion

try to get more number of installs as people are more likely to install if they see large number of people have already installed (Sheep mentality) plus try to get few reviews every week if possible .

ASO ! (seo for mobile), boost the ratio install/desinstall (ie ppl that install your app doesn't uninstall your app after few minutes)

First of all: There are many variables.

From my experience one of the most important is the retention. How long do the people use your app? How many pages/sites are they opening?

Then, you have to optimize your whole app listing (screenshots, logo, description, etc.) to get a better CTR and CR.

Wish I knew my friend. I'm about to run out of steam here, as I've had a terrible time getting my apps/games to rank. Spent money on Google ads, Twitter ads, Search ads, etc. The only thing I haven't experimented with is paid installs, only because I'm nervous about being punished/banned.

Is this verified or do you have a source?

I published my app on play store about year ago. Before promoting on google ads it got 10-12 installs organically.when i start promoting through google ads and stop compagain it not get any single install organically. I thought it was because of it don't have any rating by user.

^^ I cannot confirm this to be true, but I can say that this has been my experience as well. Spent some money on Google Ads and got a few hundred downloads. Stopped running ads and the downloads stopped. Again, can't say my situation isn't unique... Not sure.

I do not care about install for starter games and apps because if you have a great marketing team which gives you 200% or 300% ROI then you will be happy.

got the same experience
app with 10-20 installs per day organically since 6 months
start google ads on it and when stop it, downloads go to 1, 2 sometimes 0 per day.

Do you have a recommendation on where to find a marketing team that can do this? I can get a budget together if I am confident in achieving an ROI like this.
