Coinbase banned me because I was scammed back in 2017 buying a verified instagram account that turned out to be hacked and stolen. So I made a chargeback with my bank lol Now I cant use coinbase ever again because they need your social and picture of ID in order to sign up Oh well I still don't regret getting my money back.

I'd personally not buy BTC on PayPal. You most likely don't have any control over it. It's like buying a promise of them buying crypto.
