You didn't understand what I'm saying right? If they suspend you, they can claim you broke their AUP, in their AUP it says is not allowed to have copyright content.
Yes they might ignore DMCA, but if they get an abuse or complaint they can use that excuse to blame you, and put all faults in you.
Is like "Hey, if you broke this rules you will pay indemnity" and you ask support, I will pay indemnity?
They will reply: No, we are ok with it.
You broke the rule (example) they will use it, because you AGREE with their terms, and that is written in their Acceptable Usage Policy, and you have agree with that.
if i were you, never subscribe to an accommodation that says you ignore, but in the rules says otherwise
