Index Covering going down in GSC (Google Search Console)

Hi Everyone,

I have been working on a IT company website since last 3 months. Everything was going fine but after 1 month website's Index coverage suddenly fell down in GSC. Now it's stable, but google still not indexing most of the pages of my website. If somebody can help. Thanks in Advance.

P.S. URL inspection tool not working in GSC. Please let me know, if everyone facing same issue?

Now we have to see how long they will take to correct this. I think that shows how much we are dependent on Google, and it would be good if Bing or some other search engine came up to compete a little harder.

I think they will remove the manual indexing - As per my view, they might go for AI Technology to identify the valuable content.

Might be in upcoming update you can submit your website to Google Search Console but you can index it manually

Google is totally screwed last time. I've made a tonns of links (okay not tonns but definitely more than 100) over last month and 85% are still not indexed!
Did anyone face such issues?

Yes, because of the deindexing, impressions and clicks also went down. It's obvious, when google excludes your pages they no longer show in SERPs, means less clicks.
Errors not changed. Include decrease means they exclude those pages.

Is the content unique, is the website new?
that depends in a lot of factors and you or someone else need to analyze it

Don’t panic just yet; Google is doing some housekeeping. If you have done everything right, once the indexers resume, you will get back your ranking, and all the pages will be indexed. The last two weeks the google indexers have had issues.
