FB Business Suite vs FB Business Manager

Need to check with anyone who use FB Business Suite here:

1. What is the different between FB Business Suite vs FB Business Manager?

2. Because I use FB Business Manager, so on my desktop, I don't have FB Business Suite, thus I can't really compare. Do you need a FB Business Suite if you already using FB Business Manager?

3. I found out that FB Business Suite cannot create extra ad ac except the one you own that belong to your profile, right?

4. Any benefit to stay to FB Business Suite? Or Switch to FB Business Manager for small businesses?

For Facebook, i would never switch to anything new, before they're 100% done with it. I have baaaaaad experience with Facebook implementing new features too soon :-D

Sorry to hijack this thread.
But what's the real benefit of using BM account if you are not an agency?
Btw, I do have multiple (<10) businesses that I want to promote on FB but wouldn't it be better if they are all sitting on their unique aged personal/ad accounts?

Importing your custom audiences is one of the features that require a BM account. If you try to do that through an Ad account, you will receive an error.

Ok yeah, that'd be pretty important at a later stage. Makes sense to have a BM for that.

You're very welcome. I suggest you to create a Business Manager account in advance, as Facebook requires 1 to 2 weeks of "cooldown" in order to import customers from a XLS file (at least in my experience).
