Be aware that some services like Netflix, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office will be taken down very quickly with VerO Claim.
Your account will also get suspended forever.
If you still plan to sell these frequently, you'll require an aged account (few months) & make sure to not use any account of worth.
Don't use your real IP (obviously). Read "eBay" stealth tips.

That's a possibility.
From my experience, it could definitely happen.
Had a few times where listing just 1 VerO related product resulted in a permanent suspension.
Lost both fresh & aged accounts (with solid reputation and no strike history, still regret it).
Of course, there could be multiple (hidden) parameters involved within eBay's decision to give you just a temporary ban or lifetime ban.
Best to try out selling digital goods on fresh accounts despite the time to build rep.

For sure, you'll still see a lot of sellers selling the digital stuffs, even those miscrosoft, adobe etc. Why don't they get removed or suspended? Hmmmm

Yes 3 days restrictions was there twice. first they removed my listings sayin to educate me, i relisted and removed saying last warning.ebay ban rate for digital stuffs is pretty high

Limit the sales per account sir, to avoid such sudden spike and unwanted attention from eBay. Best way to do is run multiple stealth seller accounts.
