Convert them to videos... Sounds good, any ref link available for this, itll ne of great help.

There are tons of text to video tools out there
But the best, at least for me, is to turn the PLR into a SCRIPT and have a VOICEOVER artist on Fiverr create the audio and pair it with a whiteboard animator on Fiverr
If you want something more 'free-form' try Doodly or similar tools
