same hosting dif IP for PBN

Is IP the only importance or also hosting when setting up PBN >?
I have a service package on 10$ a year hosting and some PBNs rhere, is it a good idea to buy another hosting package from same hosting provider (it will give different IP ) and place the rest PBns there ?

This test was without a CDN so it's useless anyway, unless you configure your own IP through the CDN.

Does Google takes into account hosting when penalizing for PBN ? I though they only check IP

IP is not the 'only' important factor, but one of the most important factors.
Even in a shared hosting, for multiple domains, there are ways to have different ips. You can use cloudflare (be careful with the cloudflare settings - make sure the ip is not exposed). You can order dedicated ips for some of your domains (contact your hosting provider for this) - there is an option in C Panel which u can use to assign different ips to different domains hosted in the same C Panel account.
