1st off would like to say congratulations on achieving your goals!

Hoping you can answer a question... i know you said you do mostly fixed rate jobs however if you take on an hourly rate job and outsource it how do you go about handling that since you're not handling it directly yourself?

Good question. So I just work with two other partners right now, and I've given them a laptop each and instructed them to take precautions. I have a whatsapp group with them, and we all inform each other when we are logged in and using the accounts, so that two people are not working at the same time.

These two are my close friends, so I can trust them. It's difficult to work this way with random VAs.

medical equipment. same as me. It's not all about trend its about finding the bits and pieces where trend makes money. This time it was deep in inbox of upwork. What a great story. 500k, that is what, 5-10% commission? Deal must have been huge, than again, mark up's where big at that time. Amazing.
 
Read it just now. Although I have my own successful business, decided to spy a bit on competitors and industry by doing some jobs for them and of course more money is always good:) :). Started my own upwork journey - 250$ in first 2-3 weeks for almost now work and good access to data - it seems that people just like to give you full access to their profiles. Btw all 5* reviews, even got a Rising Talent badge) . Not bad, I think for people who seriously want to earn with Upwork - good opportunity now.

I always pay. But how are your questions relevant to this journey?
 
I am on PPH, but I have seen a drop of work requests on there, pre-covid used to get up to 30-40 invites per day, now much less! is anyone on PPH?
