5 months ago, I developed a fully automated coronavirus tracker with charts and graphs for all countries. I built this site to cash in on the trend. It is meant to be the powerful coronavirus tracker with a built-in Shopify drop-shipping store to supply facemasks to a hungry market. Later, it has become impossible for me to cash out on the site as planned. Because, Stripe Atlas refused a US bank account, and PayPal is not available in my country, so I listed to sell out on flippa but I'm not succeed.

Now, what can I do with this website? Is there any alternative way to make money with this website?

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

What is the traffic like on the website? You might be able to put a banner over the top, like when flippa is listing your site.

The site gets around 50 visits and 150 pageviews per month without any advertisements or backlinks. I listed on flippa 4 times but the offers I received less than half I spent to develop the website.

Do you have traffic on the website?
Yes, about 50 visits and 150 pageviews per month.

Very little traffic after such a long time, you missed the "trend"... There are a gazillion sites now, directly in Google Maps etc. Where is the traffic from? If from the US, link to Amazon (or other countries as well), about your best option.

I am sorry to tell you, but you won't make a penny from that little traffic

Yes, I missed the trend... About 60 percent visits from US and Australia. But I don't think I can make money with 50 visits per month. I am trying to find out is there any ways to use the site to make money.

Well, that is about all you can do. It is unlikely you will grow the site given how Google now prefers authority sites (WebMD, gov sites, etc), and thus unless you have other sources you won't get more out of it.

Nobody will buy it as you have seen, as there are even plugins for WP for covid dashboards etc. You are just too late to the party, so just take what you can. Link to aff sites for maks and maybe you earn a few bucks. The more time you still spend on it the more you will regret it.

Either way, good luck.

If you have other websites. I would you to recommend to promote those.
make advertisement banners (using canva maybe) and insert them to the site.

This way you can direct some of the people to some other site, where you can earn that money.
That other site can be some woo commerce shop "sell some mask or similar health orientated stuff"

Other thing is that you make new thread here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/joint-ventures.65/
where you try to find some business partner, who teams up for you that can provide you some kind of promoting thing.
This way you split things or you get commission.

So you got greedy, things didn't go to plan and it all went wrong... You should have just launched the site with affiliate links and or banners.. trying to manage drop shipping with everything that went on then would have been nuts.

You will get very little for it now if you manage it sell it all.

I think it will not work now - there are lot of trackers - If you have launched 5 months back might be it was profitable - Covid market is saturated now I think so

I congratulate you for the effort you made. While working online, the best thing is to go all the way. You could have 100 visitors a week and still not be able to monetize. In short, that was just time spent learning. Get back on researching and find another niche to concentrate on. Good luck.

You are absolutely right. My concern is I spent about $350 and built beautiful custom charts for each country. I thought it will be sold on flippa and waited long time. If I have spent time to build backlinks at the beginning instead of waiting on flippa, I could have get 1000s of visitors.

How many average monthly organic traffics are there in your website?
About 50 visits/month

Thank you very much for your suggestions, I could try this.

Thank you jimmytalibs!

You need more traffic to monetize. I guess you could sell branded masks, hand sanitizers, etc.

150 UVs per month could be barely monetized. You need a lot more visitors to squeeze something out of it.

Corona tracker peak time is over.

I dont think people are now as much interested in daily cases and other things.
