How To manage PBN?

Is there any tool or software where i can manage pbn?

i need to complete following task

1. Install different wordpress version
2. install setup of plugins
3. install random themes
4. create bulk pages like contact us about us on all domains (i have variants already)
5. Random author profile

I am looking for one single panel from where i would be able to manager everything,

there are plethora of services available that are giving such facilities to its users. I tried one of the best as per my experience is "Easy Blog Network" you will see how friendly his CEO + its support and resolve issue if there is any. that's my suggestion rest you do research and if find useless then look for other tool.

You should never install a different versions of WordPress. You should always install the latest Wordpress version and keep it up to date, always! WordPress is so huge security hazard that even if you use the most up to date Wordpress you are guaranteed to get hacked at some point. If you still want different versions then you will need to make your stuff bulletproof like remove write permissions from your directories etc. Better use some plugins that set the Wordpress version to something else in the HTML output.
