How to monetize a project? Im lost after build...

Hi guys, Im Angel from Spain. As I said in the title I am a little bit lost with my project, 18 months ago I started to build a project. I thought that first step was create and grow and after that monetize the project would be easy. After 18 months I have:

1. Instagram account with 100k followers. Real followers targeted in Spain and organic growing.
2. A mailing list with 3200 emails.
3. A website with 500 daily visitors
4. Youtube channel with 1300 subs.

And now after that, I have no idea in how can I monetize the project. My project is about vegan recipes (I made the recipes, not repost), and I have some ideas but I have a lot of doubts if they are going to work. I think I hace a little existential crisis in what to do. Can you give me some ideas or help? Anyone has been in the same situation?

If you have 100k followers. You will receive between 5 - 9 messages/ day . Check what your followers most ask about and try to make money from it. I don't know if you understand whaty i mean...
Like... If they ask about ingredients or receipes.....you can create some ebooks about *SPECIAL* vegan recipes and selling them using instagram SWIPE UP and mailing ...
Just take a look on other international vegan recipes pages. And figure out where they make money from ...;

Tell you viewer that your opening a shop and trinkling sales content in the mix, like ebook or courses. You could look to become a vegan health coach. Try to find a big problem in the community and find a solution for it. Then make step to go from the problem to a solution

Instagram alone could be your saviour. 100K followers should fetch you regular shoutout requests. If your page has sufficient engagement over stories, use swipe-up feature to sell e-books or anything else as an affiliate. This mode is expected to have more monetary value on a monthly basis.

Thanks for your replys guys, I have been thinking in a vegan membershipe site, with daily menus, recipes, courses and nutritional advice, what do you think about that?

Make a fine ebook and sell it on your website - drive traffic from Instagram

Also, make more articles and optimize them for SEO so you can get more traffic, and eventually more sales

As everyone else said; make an ebook and sell it on the website.

Since your IG has 100k followers, you might want to look into doing a daily shoutout 4 shoutout with another page of your size. This will grant you a lot more daily traffic.
