Indexing temporarily disabled in Google

The "Request Indexing" feature of the URL Inspection Tool has been disabled in order to make some technical updates. We expect it to be re-enabled in the coming weeks. In the meanwhile, Google continues to find and index content through our regular methods, as covered

At least they are working on the indexing problems which started in January and got worse in May, although I wouldn't hold my breath
 
That mean Google webmaster tool or indexing tools will be active again next week ? I have read that on official Google Twitter account it make me shock

That's damn true. Ahrefs shows nice backlink grows for the website for 10 days, and I see no movement in SERP because GSC shows no new backlinks...
 
Google only stopped indexing temporarily. But de-index of your article is different case.
Actually yes i checked its now indexed but that post is showing in the "excluded" column and not in "valid pages".I don't know what should be the reason for that!
