When i click on "Create Ads" it shows me this blank page. Any advise what is going wrong?

If you are gonna use the same footprints, expect a similar ban with the bought account. If not, ccleaner +unique residential IP and other tracking data, you should be okay. Make sure the account has the same city IP with the billing address and account creation... Back in my blackhat days, people usually sell ebay accounts together with a clean proxy, which is also used for account creation and warming up...

Why were you banned? if its for a good reason, you better buy accounts.

If you think your eligable to get it back, try to Appeal - more people than you think get lucky with those appeals even on grey accounts.

Again if your pure blackhat, that's no suprise, and you need to learn to mask your actions before logging into any other accounts.

If you are sure you didn't nothing wrong contact FB support and they will fix it, happened to me and they said they mistakenly disabled the ad account, good luck

I didn't do anything, i just logged in & its banned because the first account I am using was banned 2 years ago.

It got banned bro, if you ran white hat ads there, then you could get it back easily.
You can go here: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/2026068680760273 and ask them to reactivate it. If you open more BMs with that same card that had your bm that got banned then it will get also banned. You need new fingerprint and then you are good to go.
