Order 45366 was sent to me with Error.

I emailed twice but no response. Emails sent from my secmail r bouncing back so I emailed from proton & updated acct info.

I hv used u for years and I know you always do EXCEPTIONAL work but I couldn't find you on Skype so am hoping you can give me a timeline here to rcv corrected item.
