How likely if I can DM/Email you tubers to promote my e-book on there YouTube videos for 45% rev share. Can somebody dm me I'm very discouraged and dont know where I can promote my book.

Yes, you can. Before you approach any YouTuber, you should join an affiliate network to track clicks, conversion ad handle payments.
Also, make sure you're ebook is relevant to the channel you're approaching. To test the water, you can buy a community shoutout.

Great suggestions @JinxerCraft, you can also build your own channel in a niche relevant to your book and put your own ads in the videos.
Other ways, take out an ad in Subreddit I think they are $5 if you have 200K members of that subred, and get 50 orders pretty damn good return on the investment.
Use bots to help you promote your book on social media, or do it old school manually yourself, but bots can help you a lot.
Look for forums that you can post in with a link in post, in the signature, join Facebook Groups, might want to use an actual account and a fake account of a person who is like "Hey, just got this book, read it blew my mind, I was unable to put it down, read it in just two days, amazing."
But join groups relevant to your books genre. Hope that helps

I can buy ads from subreddits? I dm’d a mod from a subreddit once he said he didn’t want to promote anything on there. Or do you mean I can actually buy Reddit ads and choose a Subreddit?

Well this is driving me crazy now @JinxerCraft, I got kicked out of 2 subreds and the moderator let me back in and I remember seeing I could post a video/ad for $5 in the subred, now I can't find it.
slap this into google - reddit $5 for any individual sponsored link you will find all the info you need

Not sure why I'm mentioned here. I don't really recommend Reddit of any other social media especially for E-book marketing other than Youtube and Pinterest.

Well then stick with YT, FB, and IG, lots of bots for those that can help you, do it organically and spammy if want

Dude craziest thing. So I posted this Bs ama on how I sold 100k of ebooks linked my book. Yea These guys eventually caught my bs. But I still managed to get 5 sales. I’m addicted to using free ways to promote my book now I have sales from reddit posts, free forums, and posting YouTube vids. Havnt spent a penny yet. Pm me everything about Pinterest Ebook Ads and Youtube Ads. I’m hype now
