Happy to see you are getting these results, the KEY part to get them is the promotion, I have said it several times and I will keep repeating ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING HAS BEEN DONE FOR YOU!!! ( the data cleaning, data integration, onsite seo, backlinks, google for jobs schema integration, etc..) all you have to do is to focus on the promotion and for sure you will see results!!!

All the websites come with certain backlinks from other members of the network (unless you specifically required to remove them, yes believe me there have been people who have requested to remove them), these are the most relevant backlinks you can have, they are from the same industry, they are located to be crawled IMMEDIATELY, they are clean, open, etc....
But if those are not enough I give you a tutorial about how to create your own PBN for free, these backlinks will help your site to get indexed faster.
Promotion is the key to get more visitors, contrary to what many people think IMHO SEO should be a by-product of the promotion you have done, what do I mean by that? , if you have been promoting your site on the relevant sites all those promotional efforts should create "entrance points" for google or other search engines to find your site, crawl it and visit it often, besides that when you start posting job links in relevant places OTHER people will share them as well!!!
Regarding the VPS, I understand that many of you are obsessed with the speed or whatever optimization you want nevertheless the solution has been created so you can run it even in a shared hosting account, all the heavy lifting is done on our side!!!
Ok, so for all of you out there please focus on the promotion!!! that is why I get so upset with people complaining about some image not being aligned or colours or whatever, focus on the important things!!! the promotion is where all your efforts need to be!!!
I have seen many of you promoting, and you are not being aggressive enough, you DO NOT need to spam the facebook/linkedin/reddit groups but you do need to see it like this:
There are people OUT THERE who has no job, no income, no safety net and they are DESPERATE for a job, and guess what?? each one of you has the solution for that problem!!! you have a website FULL OR REAL JOBS!! so why don't you help these people to solve their biggest issue? do you really think these people are going to say:
"Oh God, I wish I had a job BUT I entered to this website and the logo is a little bit to the left so instead of applying to start earning some money I will leave and keep struggling financially"
You have in your hands the solution for many people's problems (especially in this pandemic) and you are being shy about it? you are thinking about logos???
Go to the groups, see what jobs they are searching for and post the urls of your sites!!!!!, post one job each hour (Title of the job, link to your site, description, link) why would anybody tell you anything when you are digital recruiters helping people to solve their biggest problem right now???? go there contact people, post the specific job you think is best for them, ask them questions, push your solution!!!! If you were the one unemployed wouldn't you be happy somebody is posting daily relevant jobs that suit you????
Regarding the promotion efforts, I shared with all of you free promotional methods and I did not talk about Media Buying nor arbitrage why? Media buying is a game not everybody is ready to play, the goal is to spend $1 usd and to make $1.5 at least, if you are not testing, tracking and setting up the things correctly you will get discouraged, it requires experience, time and effort (we are working to solve this issue as well with some integrations that will be launched embedded in the next version of the solution) but most of you bought this solution to start making money the fastest way possible with the least resistance, and that is what my guides focus on.
I am NOT saying you should not focus on Media Buying, all I am saying is to focus your efforts on the right things example: arbitrage via Adsense is one of the hardest games there are, the margins are very slim, so instead of doing that, promote your site as I showed to you in the tutorials, get some money to acquire some margins and then add other networks to your site so you can monetize your traffic, BUT if you are not getting visitors there is no solution that will make you money.
Once you start promoting your solution you will realize what type of jobs people are searching the most (Google for jobs gives you this information in your analytics) and then you can go to your site and promote those same jobs on the social media sites where you are subscribed or you can see what advertisers are the ones giving you the most money and adding similar offers via CPA, but EVERYTHING is based on the promotion.
PROTIP:
I do A LOT of media buying and I have seen somethings:
a) The search terms for the people looking for jobs and the recruiters are exactly the same so create two different ad groups with the same keywords (adwords) BUT the ads need to be different, job seekers look for benefits such as "close to home" "high paying", "great benefits", "hiring now" while recruiters are looking for "self-service", "cancel any time", "unlimited posting"
b) Create some landing page on the page where you have the packages to sell, explain to the recruiters your integration with Google for jobs, use words such as easy, fast, cancel anytime, that will increase your conversion.
c) Measure your acquisition cost (Nor the likes, nor the shares, nor the cost per click, nor NOTHING ELSE!!!) meaning... how much money Am I spending to get one client? there are keywords that cost you $5 usd but you just spend $50 usd to get one client (THESE ARE JUST NUMBERS TO EXEMPLIFY THE ISSUE NO REAL NUMBERS), but there are others that cost you .30 usd but you need to spend $300 usd to get a client, that is why it is important to know what to measure.
d) if you are using Facebook as a source of traffic, use remarketing.... this is just a hint I have not implemented yet.
Happy to see that you went beyond what most people have evaluated and you are sharing ANOTHER benefit that is already embedded in this solution that is ... the entire SEO HAS BEEN DONE FOR YOU!!!
Let me explain this further:
Each Website has already all the onsite SEO done for you and it has embedded a silo structure so you can rank not only for each job, but the categories, and cities, they have canonical urls and no matter how many jobs you have there those urls do not change, besides that it has an interlinking structure to rank those urls (the categories and cities) and in order to get faster results each site has backlinks coming from 2 different sites so those are offsite links already that will help you to get indexed in Google for jobs, that is why I get so upset when people comment about some of the images not being "mobile friendly" or making minor comments like that, the solution has embedded TONS of value!!! there is no other solution like this in the market!!!! but I am happy others (the client specifically) are able to perceive the value and get results.
